I was born in 1956 in Wyckoff, New Jersey. This classic, suburban neighborhood had lots of kids, kick-the-can games on summer nights, and Percy's candy store right nearby

Later I attended Endicott College and Kansas City Art Institute. I began Illustrating children's books in 1986 and have illustrated more than 40 books. My work can also be seen in magazines, on posters, children's toys and food packaging.
